This Privacy Policy describes how Labrit Holding LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information about you when you use the NTWRK Play mobile application (the "App"), available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and any related websites or services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information, depending on how you interact with the Service. This list is not exhaustive — as our Service evolves, we may collect additional types of information, which will be reflected in an updated version of this Policy.

a) Information You Provide Directly

• Account registration information, including your email address and password (stored in encrypted/hashed form).
• Profile information you choose to provide, such as display name, skill level, or other optional details.
• Communications you send us, such as support requests or feedback.

b) Information Collected Automatically

• Device information, including device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• Log data, including IP address, access times, pages or features viewed, app crashes, and other system activity.
• Usage data, including how you interact with features, buttons, and content within the App.
• Location information, if you grant permission — used to provide location-relevant features such as finding courts or games near you. You may disable location access in your device settings at any time.

c) Information from Third Parties

• NTWRK Play includes an embedded DUPR (Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating) interface loaded via iframe. Any information you submit within the DUPR interface is governed solely by DUPR's own privacy policy and terms of service. We do not control and are not responsible for DUPR's data practices.
• If you connect third-party accounts (e.g., Apple ID, Google), we may receive basic profile information such as your name and email address as permitted by those platforms.
• We may receive information from analytics providers, advertising partners, and other third parties who help us operate and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your account and authenticate your identity.
• To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To personalize your experience and deliver content relevant to your skill level and location.
• To communicate with you, including sending account-related notices, updates, and support responses.
• To send promotional communications, such as new features or offers — you may opt out at any time.
• To monitor and analyze usage trends and activity to improve functionality and user experience.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, security incidents, and technical issues.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
• For any other purpose with your consent, or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, customer support, and email delivery. These parties are contractually obligated to use your information only as directed by us.
• DUPR Integration: When you use the DUPR iframe within the App, your interactions are transmitted directly to DUPR. Please review DUPR's privacy policy for details on how they handle your data.
• Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our company, users, or the public.
• With Your Consent: We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a commercially reasonable time, subject to any legal retention requirements.

5. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you reside, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information:

• Access & Portability: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction: You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
• Deletion: You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
• Opt-Out of Marketing: You may opt out of receiving marketing emails by clicking "unsubscribe" in any such email or by contacting us directly.
• California Residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
• European Residents (GDPR): If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and request data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. 7. Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, services, or content, including the DUPR platform embedded via iframe. These third parties operate independently of us and have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third-party service. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with.

9. Mobile Platform Permissions

The App may request access to certain device features, including but not limited to:

• Location: To show nearby courts, games, and players. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.
• Push Notifications: To send game reminders, results, and account alerts. You can disable notifications in your device settings.
• Camera / Photo Library: If applicable, to allow profile photo uploads.

You may revoke any permission at any time through your iOS or Android device settings, though doing so may limit certain features of the App.

10. International Data Transfers

NTWRK Play is based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside your country of residence, which may have different data protection rules.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending an in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
